The Town of Duck maintains a pedestrian pathway along the east side of NC-12 along the entire length of Carolina Dunes.  Using this path, visitors can walk, run, bicycle, etc as far north as Sanderling, and as far south as Southern Shores.  If you are looking for some outdoor exercise, then the path is a perfect place to stretch those legs & get outside!
Performances and activities are free from April to October.  Stop at the Fire-Police station on Duck Road and pick up the current schedules.  For more information on the Town of Duck's services, activities, and regulations, visit here
