Welcome!

The Carolina Dunes Association is an organization created to manage the homeowners association and common areas of the Carolina Dunes community in the Town of Duck, North Carolina.  The Carolina Dunes Association plays an important role in the community by coordinating repairs to the public beach access ways, disseminating information to property owners that live outside of the community, and keeping informed about news in neighboring communities.  Our community is small, but our fondness for each other and the sand dune we've built upon is large!

The southern boundary is marked by Widgeon Drive and the northern boundary is marked by Old Squaw Drive.  Most homes in the community are rented during the summer months on a weekly basis.  Homes were constructed primarily in the late 1970s, and 1980s, although some new houses have been built in recent years.
