Town Survey Regarding Outdoor Lighting

The Town is asking interested owners to complete a survey on this topic.  I know many of you have points of view regarding preserving dark skies at night.  

I'm happy the Town is asking owners for their opinion.  Hopefully that effort will extend to other topics of owner interest in the future.
