The CDA Bylaws are the written rules that control the internal affairs of the CDA. As such, every few years we should undertake to review and make changes, if necessary, to reflect current practices and protocols. The Bylaws were last reviewed and updated in 2015. Since then, new issues have arisen, some of our practices have evolved and new communication technologies are being used. Hence, there's a need to revise our Bylaws.
A proposed set of bylaws revisions has been emailed out to owners and the CDA Board is seeking comment from the community regarding the proposed changes.
